Operational Responsibilities
Vehicle Repair Protocols
-
01
Estimates provided are preliminary. Final calibration requires a physical teardown. We do not guarantee performance outcomes on non-standard restorations.
-
02
Parts storage fees apply for vehicles left on the floor 48 hours post-service completion. Security of vehicles is maintained within Chicago industrial standards.
-
03
Authorization to test drive is granted upon signing a work order. Safe technicians follow high-performance driving protocols for diagnostic purposes.
Human Performance Protocols
-
01
Safe provides technical diagnostics, not medical advice. All users must verify their physical readiness before utilizing specialized heavy-resistance equipment.
-
02
Equipment must be reset to neutral calibration after use. The facility is a sanctuary for focus; unauthorized photography or disruption is prohibited.
-
03
Memberships are strictly by appointment or active status. Shared access is not permitted to maintain the density standards of the observatory.
Calibration Disclaimers
Safe strives for extreme precision in every diagnostic report and restoration recommendation. However, due to the inherent complexity of mechanical aging and individual physiological variance, all services are provided "as-is" without implicit performance guarantees.
Mechanical Limits
Restoration of vintage or performance vehicles involves risk. Safe is not liable for structural failures caused by previous modifications or material fatigue undisclosed at the time of intake. Estimates provided are subject to change based on actual labor time and market parts pricing.
Physiological Limits
Safe does not conduct medical testing or provide therapeutic interventions. Participation in any fitness program involves inherent risk of injury. Users assume full responsibility for their health outcomes and the verification of their own physical capacity.
"Precision requires honesty about limitations. At Safe, we do not promise miracles; we provide the instruments and the expertise to pursue peak states with documented rigor."
